Financial Health of Biotechnology and Drugs Industry in India and China

The research services examines the financial performance of Indian and Chinese biotechnology companies across 2 broad parameters- Excellence in financial management and Excellence in risk management. The companies are analysed using over 50 financial ratios and other parameters and are grouped under these 2 categories. Each ratio has a weight assigned to obtain the final score. A weighted average score which is the sum product of the ratios and the weights thereof, was used to rank the companies in the biotechnology segment. The ratios are then grouped into financial and risk management and we gave a comprehensive ranking based on the scores under both the heads.
