This Microelectronics TOE profiles developments in E-textiles and quantum dots. Innovations include smart textile for monitoring cardiovascular health, biometric information management system for professional athletes, smart socks to detect foot ulcers in the early stages, quantum dots-enabled display simplifies color conversion, and integrated photonic circuit for quantum computers.
