This Microelectronics TOE profiles developments in FPGA-based storage, smart antennas, nanophotonics, neuristor circuits, and optoelectronics. Innovations include FPGA-based composable storage infrastructure for cloud, antenna with self-correcting functionality, nanophotonics-based transparent display that aids marketing, neuristor circuit that eliminates the need for electroforming and lithium niobate optoelectronic modulator that enables low power communication.
