Next Generation Networks in Scandinavia
Scandinavian countries are leading Europe in terms of next-generation fibre deployments and adoption. A number of reasons, from initiatives of municipalities to utility companies and timely regulations, can be attributed to this scenario. The study focuses on understanding the market trends in the three Scandinavian countries and analysing the various reasons for the success of fibre-based broadband services. Further, the study forecasts the number of subscribers for fibre-based broadband and the number of households passed by fibre networks.
