The Virtualized Data Center: Eclipsing the Cloud
In this SPIE, Stratecast shows why cloud service providers should care about data center virtualization. Using data from the Frost & Sullivan 2012 Cloud User Survey, we look at the rise in virtualization. We compare virtualization and cloud adoption, assessing the effectiveness of each in addressing key IT challenges. Finally, we recommend ways for cloud service providers to influence enterprise IT decisions and maximize revenue potential.
