A recent survey revealed that fully 93 percent of CEO’s consider growth their number-one priority for the next five years – and yet 80 percent have no confidence in their direct reports’ abilities to support their growth objectives.  Put another way, 80 percent of CEO’s believe that their people are their biggest barrier to growth.  In spite of this CEO-stated dissatisfaction, Frost & Sullivan believes that with the right resources, the Growth Team can be the conduit, rather than the barrier, to growth.
