Ronald Gruia is the Program Leader for Enterprise Communications and a Senior Strategic Analyst at Frost & Sullivan. In this role, he is engaged in both subscription services and consulting projects, in areas such as VoIP, enterprise IP telephony (including IP PBXs and IP Centrex or hosted IP solutions), wireless LANs, IVR, contact centers, unified communications, web conferencing, premises wiring (copper and fiber optic cable), enhanced voice services platforms (for carriers), broadband access, “triple play” services, among others. Ronald regularly speaks at conferences such as VON (Voice On the Net), IP World Canada, IPComm, ICS (Intel Communications Summit), and Comdex, and has appeared at Report on Business Television (ROB-TV) to provide his market insights. He has been widely quoted as an industry expert in several publications, including Business Week, Network World, IT Business.ca, IT World, Communications Solutions, St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Washington Post Newsbytes, Seattle Times, The Globe And Mail, National Post, Report on Business, CommWeb, Network World Fusion, Microsoft OEM Connect and CIO Magazine, among others, and has also written articles for publications such as Telemanagement.

Prior to joining Frost & Sullivan, Mr. Gruia has accumulated years of experience in the telecom industry, having held several roles at Nortel Networks’ Enterprise Division. Ronald is an MIT graduate in Electrical Engineering and holds a contact center patent. He fluently speaks Portuguese, Spanish and Romanian and has working knowledge of Italian and French..


John Miller
John Miller, Director of Operations, University of Minnesota
John Miller is the Director of Operations for the University of Minnesota's Networking and Telecommunication Services department within the University's Office of Information Technology. John has been with the University of Minnesota for over 18 years and has over 25 years of experience in the networking and telecommunications industry. Prior to employment with the University, Mr. Miller held engineering positions with a major PBX vendor and a National Telecommunications carrier.

Kyle Priest
Kyle Priest, VP Marketing, EADS Telecom
Kyle Priest is responsible for strategic brand planning and marketing of EADS TELECOM voice infrastructure solutions. Priest joins EADS TELECOM from Viant where he served as a lead marketing strategy consultant. Priest's marketing and branding experience spans many vertical sectors including Technology, Consumer Packaged Goods, Professional Services, Telecommunications and Retail. Priest has delivered marketing strategy and counsel to blue chip companies including SAP, Pepsi, American Airlines, Nextel, and RadioShack, as well as launched brands and service offerings for several Fortune 500 and technology companies. He holds a BS in Journalism from Butler University.
