Mr. Followwill has 20 years of experience, both in the business sector and as a
manager in non-profit organizations. He began his consulting career as a
management consultant with Marakon Associates in San Francisco. While there, his
primary engagements were to manage the development of a profitability reporting
system for a multi-billion dollar savings institution, to conduct an
acquisitions analysis for a commercial construction firm, and to perform various
other product and market evaluations. Dorman has worked for Frost & Sullivan for
over 8 years, having overseen the consulting enterprise in its early stages of
development, as well as managing the healthcare business unit worldwide. Dorman
has managed a wide variety of consulting engagements, including strategic
analyses for IBM Life Sciences, 3M, J&J, Bayer (Diagnostics and Biologicals),
Hewlett Packard, Cisco Systems, Chiron, Agilent, Smith & Nephew, Baxter
Healthcare, GlaxoSmithKline, Kimberly-Clark, Novo Nordisk, Amersham Biosciences,
Thermo Electron, Kodak, Philips, St. Jude, GE Healthcare, and many others.
Mark Hastings, Senior Manager, Sales Information, Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a leading global provider of human therapeutics based on advances in cellular and molecular biology
Mark Hastings is the senior manager of Sales Information for Solvay
Pharmaceuticals. In this role, Mark has responsibility for information, systems,
and analysis that directly support sales and marketing. He has led initiatives
focused on business process improvement, data warehousing, reporting and
analytics, and customer relationship management.
Mark has more than 12 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in sales,
market research, business analysis, and sales operations. Prior to joining
Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Mark held sales and market research positions with Wyeth
Pharmaceuticals.
Mark holds a bachelor's degree in natural sciences from New College of Florida.
Kim Ramko, Partner, CRM, Unisys, a services-led, technology-enabled provider of business solutions
Kim Ramko joined Unisys in December 2002 as a partner in the North America CRM
practice with responsibility for client delivery of CRM/BI solutions for the
Life Sciences Industry – role has been expanded to include BI globally.
Over 15 years of experience (prior role was Partner with BearingPoint, formerly
KPMG Consulting) managing information technology projects and specializing in
SFA/Business Intelligence solutions, application development, business process
improvement for sales/marketing operations, and IT strategies. Specific industry
experience includes pharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostics, life and
health insurance, and consumer goods.
