Frost & Sullivan Industry Focus:
Fred Landis is a Research Director for Frost & Sullivan's Information Technology industry research groups. Mr. Landis is responsible for management of on-going research in the area of customer relationship management (CRM) and contact center strategies, processes and technologies through market assessments, competitive analysis, alliance strategies, market forecasts and end-user demand studies. He has also hosted numerous Frost and Sullivan ebroadcast sessions on the subject, with several hundred in attendance. He has nearly 20
years experience in sales, marketing and customer service functions. Most recently he served
as director, consulting for Gartner.

Experience & Accomplishments:
At Gartner, he served as the North American CRM practice leader providing strategy and business process assessments for organizations CRM initiatives. In addition, he directed two landmark, multi-client research studies on drivers and barriers to CRM adoption and user wants and needs for multi-channel retail automation. He was a frequent speaker at Gartner CRM Summit conferences, with over 500 attendees representing CRM vendors and end users. He also provided strategic consulting to enterprise technology vendors helping to decrease time-to-market and increase market share.

Prior to Gartner he held marketing management roles with Netscape Communications, Madge Networks and State-of-the-Art (Best) software.

He has published articles for Service and Support World and destinationCRM and RealMarket.

Education:
Mr. Landis received a B.S in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Pepperdine University




Craig Neable, Technical Evangelist, Smart Client technology, Microsoft

Craig Neable is a Technical Evangelist of Smart Client technology at Microsoft. He has previously worked on servers and services at Microsoft, and most recently as a program manager in the .NET Compact Framework product team. He is deeply passionate about developer technologies employed to create the best possible client computing experience on devices of all shapes and sizes.

For his section we wanted to make sure that the positioning as a CRM expert, we are looking for Pivotal to be the lead as Craig’s expert opinion is more around Mobility. That is for Craig’s section, the messaging (in general terms) would be around smart client development strategy surrounding mobile devices and what MS is doing to enable the CRM market. However, more importantly thought leadership around MS strategic and future direction around mobile devices and its affect on the agile business.

Jim Greufe
Jim Greufe, Vice President, Farm Credit Services of America

Jim Greufe leads the CRM solution at Farm Credit Services of America. He also directs the Business Partner group that is responsible for implementation of company-wide change initiatives, credit and operational training, company operations communications, and product delivery software applications. Jim is a 22-year Farm Credit System employee with past leadership in the areas of lending, customer service, and underwriting. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business and Finance at Iowa State University.

Bruce Kenny
Bruce Kenny, Senior Vice President of Products, Pivotal Corporation

Bruce Kenny, Senior Vice President of Products, is responsible for leading Pivotal’s global research & development organization. A key member of Pivotal’s senior management team since June 2000, Bruce has been instrumental in leading the company’s strategic R&D and customer success initiatives. As vice president of product and program management, Kenny is responsible for aspects of the product lifecycle including product strategy and planning, product development, and product marketing. Prior to joining Pivotal, he was vice president and general manager of Simba Technologies, a leader in data connectivity with customers such as SAP, NCR, and Novell.
