Q. Why can’t I download the new piece of research that has just been added to my subscription service?
A. As soon as we finish the research we feel that it is most important that you can immediately access the information, so we upload it to frost.com to make it available to you. The information is also sent to our department that converts the documents to pdf files. You will see the pdf download icon approximately 7 to 10 days after the research first is available to you on your portal.
Q. What is a Client Council?
A. Client Councils are an integral part of Growth Partnership Services. These are quarterly meetings between all of you key people and the global team of experts assigned to work with you from the Frost & Sullivan side. These meetings enable you to provide input into our research decision processes to ensure that all future research is based on your needs.
Q. How do I know when my Client Council will take place?
A. Shortly after you subscribe or renew your subscription to Growth Partnership Services you’ll receive a call from our Client Council Executive. They’ll work with you to come up with the most convenient date and time for your Client Council and help you coordinate with all relevant users of the services for maximum attendance. If you wish to schedule your Client Council prior to receiving that call, please call your Client Value Enhancement Executive listed on your portal homepage.
Q. Who should I call if I can’t find information that I’m looking for?
A. As a Partner with Frost & Sullivan you had a dedicated account team assigned to your company. You’ll find all of their contact information on your portal homepage.
Q. I am not satisfied with a particular piece of research or subscription services. What should I do?
A. Our goal at Frost & Sullivan is to achieve maximum satisfaction from all of our clients. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please call Paul Burgo, Global Director of Client Value Enhancement, 210-348-1033, pburgo@frost.com.

Q. I need a bit more detail than I an seeing in a piece of research. How do I get that additional information?
A. If you subscribe to Growth Partnership Services, then, you should have analyst advisory time available to your company. Each of our clients chooses to administer their advisory time in their own way. Please contact the person that purchased the subscription services from us for your company’s policy regarding the Frost & Sullivan advisory time. If you are unsure of who that is, please contact your dedicated Client Value Enhancement Executive or your Account Manager and they will let you know who in your company to contact to make use of your advisory time.
