The following is an outline of the typical Growth Consulting process:

A. Project Strategies Defined. A Project Manager and a Primary Research Analyst with market expertise is assigned to the project team.

B. Project Kick-off Call. The purpose of the call is to:

  • Review the project objectives
  • Confirm specific timelines and reporting schedules
  • Designate primary internal contacts for the project
  • Review and confirm specific project deliverables

C. Research Process Completed. Frost & Sullivan’s research is primarily based on primary research, to be supplemented with secondary research as required. Primary research interviews include key industry contacts and experts with whom Frost & Sullivan maintains relations. In addition, Frost & Sullivan leverages its existing research and internal resources, analyst expertise, and selective access to various associations.

D. Management Review of Findings and Report. The project management team reviews and analyzes the data and adds its recommendations to the draft report. Having conducted published market studies and custom, proprietary research, the research management team adds its perspective and years of experience to the analysis. This review and analysis of the data and research lasts throughout the entire process.

D. Preparation and Delivery of Final Report. The analyst team will prepare a presentation on the specific market, including, but not limited to, the items outlined in the project proposal. The final report will be delivered in the format agreed upon by the client and the project team.

E. Final Clarifications. Frost & Sullivan then addresses any final questions or clarifications that arise within the scope of the work in a timely manner, in the form of a conference call. The primary analyst discusses the project findings with the client at this time.
