Frost & Sullivan Growth Workshops provide a creative medium for clients to deeply explore the state of the industry, including market, technical and economic insights, as well as their internal objectives and capabilities to generate fresh ideas, strategies for growth, and implementation tactics.

These one or two-day innovative sessions include a presentation of market findings by a Frost & Sullivan industry expert to reveal market trends, challenges and opportunities, emerging technologies and economic factors, and facilitate discussion and learning among team members. Clients are then led through a series of workshop tools and group activities designed to assess the growth options and rate them in terms of market potential, internal capabilities, return on investment, risk assessment, stakeholder analysis, and implementation difficulty.

Conducted on-site or at a neutral venue, the Frost & Sullivan Growth Workshop helps clients determine their best growth strategy to develop core competencies, gain a competitive advantage, and grow their organization.

There are typically two broad areas of focus for Frost & Sullivan Growth Workshops. The first type of growth workshop is designed to establish a narrow portfolio of key market opportunities from a larger pool of options. Frost & Sullivan growth workshop consultants help to funnel and prioritise the best opportunity vis-à-vis company’s internal capabilities and overall growth objectives. These workshops are available as a supplement to Frost & Sullivan’s TEAM Research, or for clients who commission Growth Consulting projects. During these events, attendees gain extensive knowledge of the current market through analyst presentations and group discussions, and are trained on evaluation tools and techniques to translate market, technical and economic implications into specific growth opportunities.

The second type of Growth Workshop is one that focuses on defining and refining specific growth strategies (or strategic alternatives) to capitalize on a specific market opportunity. As is true for all workshops, a Frost & Sullivan expert analyst will provide an in-depth presentation on the current market trends, challenges and opportunities, emerging technologies, and economic factors. The Workshop also includes group interactions designed to promote learning, formulate strategies, and develop execution techniques.
