How long is the Workshop?

The Growth Workshop can be a one or two-day event. The Workshop consists of an analyst presentation and question and answer session, along with tools and techniques to help participants thoroughly evaluate the market and develop strategies for growth. The tools and techniques and strategy development portion of the Workshop can span the afternoon or can flow over into a second day of evaluation and strategy development, depending on the client’s needs and objectives.

Who can attend?

Key personnel from multiple departments within the company are invited to attend including Board Members, Senior Management personnel and key members from multiple aspects of the organization, such as marketing, business development, R&D, manufacturing, and research.

Who moderates the Workshop?

A trained facilitator from Frost & Sullivan will moderate each event. The Moderator will ensure an agenda is set and followed, and that timing for each piece is maintained. The Moderator will also explain each tool or technique used in the sessions to ensure that each participant is fully informed.

What are the topics?

Each Workshop will focus on a specific industry or market sector. Workshops are held for a variety of industries, including:

A Frost & Sullivan representative will meet with the client beforehand to determine the Workshop objectives and establish an agenda. The topic of discussion can be based on research available from Frost & Sullivan, a specific industry sector or on a Growth Consulting project commissioned by the client.

Where is the Workshop held?

Growth Workshops are held at the client’s facility, unless an alternative location is preferred.
