Dimaco SA the parent company of Dimaco (UK) Limited was founded in Belgium 1992 to supply quality control systems for the packaging lines in the food, beverage, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. The UK subsidiary, Dimaco (UK) Limited was started in 1997 to service mainly the UK and Irish markets.

Dimaco offers a complete range of turnkey industrial quality assurance systems, the Veri-Range. The Veri-Range of products include the Veri-PACK and the Veri-ID systems for the food industry, the Veri-PET and the Veri-KEG for the beverage industry, The Veri-OCR and Veri-LABEL systems for the cosmetics industry and the Veri-CODE and Veri-PLUS systems for the pharmaceutical industry.

Recently the Dimaco Group has been acquired by 'The Colruyt Group' in Belgium. Colruyt (www.colruyt.be) is one of the largest Companies in Belgium, which consists of some 70 groups. They have a strong reputation in Benelux and France for their High Street Supermarkets, other stores and IT related businesses. They are listed on the Belgium stock exchange, and their turnover last year was approximately 5 billion Euro.
