2012 Frost & Sullivan Japan Excellence Awards

Tokyo, Japan, 26th June 2012 - Frost & Sullivan today celebrated Japan’s best at the 2012 Frost & Sullivan Japan Excellence Awards banquet, held at the Tokyo American Club. In its second consecutive year, the Japan Excellence Awards seek to recognize companies and individuals that have pushed the boundaries of excellence in the Japan and Asia Pacific markets.

Frost & Sullivan honours and recognizes companies in a variety of regional and global markets for demonstrating outstanding achievement and superior performance in areas such as leadership, technological innovation, customer service, and strategic product development.

Mr. Robin Joffe, Managing Director, Frost & Sullivan Japan said, "We are extremely proud and happy to host the awards that celebrate the best practices of Japanese companies in different sectors such as automation & electronics; chemicals, materials & food; and information & communication technologies, regionally as well as globally."

He added that award recipients for the 2012 Frost & Sullivan Japan Excellence Awards were identified based on an in-depth interviews, analysis, and extensive secondary research conducted by Frost & Sullivan's analysts. Measurement parameters for benchmarking study based on financial year 2011 include revenues, market share, leadership capabilities, product innovation, customer acquisitions, and business/market strategy.
