Frost & Sullivan Recognizes Northern Lights Semiconductor Corporation for Excellence in Research in high performance magneto resistive random access memory (MRAM) integrated circuits.

Naples, Fla. — May 25, 2005 — Northern Lights Semiconductor Corporation is being recognized as the recipient of the 2005 Semiconductor Technologies Excellence in Research of the Year Award tonight at Frost & Sullivan’s third annual Excellence in Industrial Technologies Banquet.

This recognition comes from the company’s outstanding contributions toward the research, development, and commercialization of high performance magneto resistive random access memory (MRAM) integrated circuits.

Based out of Plymouth, MN, Northern Lights Semiconductor Corporation possesses industry-leading MRAM design capabilities making them the premier MRAM developer. The company serves a variety of industries and markets including computers, computer peripherals, wireless communications, electronic consumer and industrial markets.
