3. What should I do for transportation?

4. How do I get my badge and event materials?

a. Sponsors: You may pick up your badge at the Sponsor Registration & Orientation Reception on Sunday at 5:00pm. If arriving late you may pick up your event materials on Monday at the Frost & Sullivan Registration Desk at 7:45am.

b. Participants: You may pick up your badge on Sunday evening at either the Participant Meet and Greet at 5:00pm or the "Surf's Up" Welcome Networking Reception & Event Kickoff at 7:00pm. If arriving late you may pick up your event materials on Monday at the Frost & Sullivan Registration Desk at 7:45am.



5. What is the dress code?

The dress code is business casual.


6. Are meals included in my registration?

  • Sunday: Sponsor Orientation & Registration Reception with light hors d'oeuvres, "Surf's Up" Welcome Networking Reception & Event Kickoff with light hors d'oeuvres
  • Monday: Continental Breakfast, Networking Lunch, Networking Breaks and Networking Reception with light hors d'oeuvres
  • Tuesday: Continental Breakfast, Networking Lunch, Networking Breaks and an Evening Reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres & buffet dinner
  • Wednesday: Continental Breakfast, Boxed Lunch, Networking Breaks 


7. May I bring a guest to the evening receptions on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday?

Please send all requests prior to the event to eventregistration@frost.com.

 

8. What is the schedule for the Sony Site Tour?

 We will meet in the lobby of the hotel lobby at 12:45pm on Wednesday, April 17th and  
 depart via motor coach for the Sony Electronics Customer Information Services Center 
 in Fort Myers. A boxed lunch will be provided prior to the start of the tour.

 The Site Tour will last from 2:00pm - 3:30pm after which there is an airport transfer to
 Fort Myers International Airport, about 10 miles from the Sony Center. We expect arrival
 at Fort Myers International around 4:00pm. There will also be transportation back to the
 hotel. 


9. Will I be able to give feedback for the event?

We value your feedback and will include an evaluation form in your event materials. We ask that you return this form to us at the Frost & Sullivan registration desk.


 
10. Will I be able to access the presentations and event photographs post event?

You will receive access information in your event materials, as well as, in a post event email.
