2. How do I make hotel reservations?
Call and mention Frost & Sullivan before February 11th and get the discounted rate of $189 per night.
3. What should I do for transportation?
Average price of a taxi is approximately $25.00 (10 minutes/6 miles).

4. How do I get my badge and event materials?
a. Sponsors: You may pick up your badge at the Sponsor Registration & Orientation Reception on Sunday at 5:00pm. If arriving late you may pick up your event materials on Monday at the Frost & Sullivan Registration Desk at 7:30am.
b. Participants: You may pick up your badge on Sunday evening at either the Participant Meet n' Greet at 5:00pm or the Island Luau Welcome Networking Reception & Event Kickoff at 6:30pm. If arriving late you may pick up your event materials on Monday at the Frost & Sullivan Registration Desk at 7:30am.
5. What is the dress code?
The dress code is business casual.
6. Are meals included in my registration?
Most of your meals are included in registration
SUNDAY: Sponsor Orientation & Registration Reception with light hors d'oeuvres, Island Luau Welcome Networking Reception & Event Kickoff with light hors d'oeuvres
MONDAY: Continental Breakfast, Networking Luncheon, Networking Breaks and the Luck O’ the Irish Reception with light hors d'oeuvres and a light buffet dinner
TUESDAY: Continental Breakfast, Networking Luncheon, and Networking Breaks
7. May I bring a guest to the evening receptions on Sunday and Monday?
Yes, you may bring a guest on Sunday and/or Monday evening for an additional fee. Please contact Matthew McSweegan at Matthew.McSweegan@frost.com. You may also reach him by telephone at 516.255.3812.
8. Will I be able to give feedback for the event?
You will receive access information in your event materials, as well as, in a post event email. This email will be sent within one week of the conclusion of the 18th Annual Medical Devices 2013: A Frost & Sullivan Executive MindXchange.
9. Will I be able to access the presentations and event photographs post event?
PowerPoint presentations will be available online within two weeks of the close of the event. You will receive access information in a post event email.
