Melanie Turek is a renowned expert in real-time communications and collaboration technologies, which she has been covering for more than 10 years. Ms. Turek has worked closely with hundreds of vendors and senior IT executives across a range of industries to track and capture the changes and growth in the fast-moving unified communications market. She also has in-depth experience with business-process engineering, project management, and productivity and performance enhancement, as well as a wide range of software technologies including messaging, ERP, CRM and contact center applications.

Bob Steele

Mr. Steele joined Polycom in April of 2001 as Vice President Manufacturing.  In this role he is responsible for all aspects of worldwide manufacturing including new product introduction, manufacturing test and process technology development, supply chain management, product manufacturing, procurement, product fulfillment and logistics. Mr. Steele is also responsible for Polycom’s sales order management function.

Prior to joining Polycom Mr. Steele was Vice President Supply Base Management at iLogistix, a large global integrated supply chain management and outsourcing company with approximately $650m in revenue.  He also held a variety of senior positions at Digital Equipment Corporation in their Personal Computer Systems Group, High Performance Systems Group and Terminal Manufacturing Group. These positions included operations, purchasing and material management, international sourcing, new products introduction, and supply chain optimization.

Glenn Noga
Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Polycom, Inc.




Glenn Noga is CIO of Polycom, Inc. responsible for overseeing all aspects of the global organization’s IT infrastructure and IT management processes, including creating and managing a converged, global IP network for high-quality voice, video and data communications.

Prior to joining Polycom, Noga served in CIO/CTO capacities for leading companies including Handspring, Miadora.com, and Robert Half International. Glenn also spent 15 years with Andersen Consulting.  While at Andersen, he worked with a range of global companies in a variety of industries, including computer software, shipping, and manufacturing.
