Ryan Pellet is Vice President of Global Consulting Services for Convergys Corporation. Building on over a decade of executive experience in successfully formulating customer-centric strategies for Fortune 500 companies, Pellet leads the Global Consulting Services practice and is specifically focused on business strategy development and behavioral / business analytics.  Pellet reports to Larry Schwartz, Executive Vice President, Convergys Global Solutions, and is located in Westminster, Colorado.

Previously, Pellet held a similar role with Finali before its acquisition by Convergys. Before joining Finali, Pellet served as a founding contributor to Accenture’s Global Customer Relationship Management practice.  As an Accenture practice lead, Ryan worked with over 20 of the FORTUNE 500™.

Pellet earned his bachelor’s degrees in Marketing, Finance and International Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

He serves as a director of the Western Golf Association, as well as the Evans Scholars Foundation. Pellet is also a guest lector at the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Ryan, his wife Julie, and son Jeffrey reside in Denver, Colorado.
