Q: How do I nominate my company?
A: Nominations are not open to companies/individuals for self-nomination. Nominations are made strictly by Frost & Sullivan’s analyst team following a rigorous measurement based methodology to select and shortlist leading companies in South Asia information and communications technology industry for each award category.
If you would like to know if your company has been nominated, please contact Ekta Aggarwal for more information.
Q: How are the nominees evaluated and recipients selected?
A: The nominees will be evaluated based on actual market performance indicators (measurements) such as revenue growth; market share in specific category and growth in market share; demonstrated leadership in new product introduction and innovation; breadth of products and solutions; major customer acquisitions. Some variations to measurements may apply for certain award categories. To know more about the specific set of criteria for each award category, please see award categories .
The findings of the detailed evaluation will then be presented to a panel of independent judges comprising influential personalities and leaders in the South Asia ICT industry, in deciding the recipient for each category. Q: How does Frost & Sullivan deal with confidentiality issues especially when a short listed company shares confidential information with Frost & Sullivan to prepare its evaluation on each company?
A: Frost & Sullivan takes every precaution to ensure that the information supplied by companies is kept confidential at all times. In the case of the awards,
- All judges are required to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) before they review the documentation Frost & Sullivan prepares for the evaluation stage;
- Frost & Sullivan will not use information gathered for the awards for publication without prior consent from each short listed company;
- If your company is selected as an award recipient, Frost & Sullivan will prepare an awards commendation (subject to awards package) highlighting the key achievements and winning strategies adopted by your company. This document will only be published upon prior approval by your company.
Q: I am interested to be on the panel of judges. How do I approach this?
A: Each judge is selected for his/her extensive knowledge and expertise in the industry. This is a closed-door process and the selection of judges is determined by Frost & Sullivan experts.
