On 21 January 2016, the 3rd Connected Smart Cities Conference in Brussels brought together a variety of city stakeholders. These included representatives of current and potential Open & Agile Smart Cities (OASC) cities and partners, researchers, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and entrepreneurs working with digital urban innovation.
