This Microelectronics TOE profiles developments in hybrid cloud storage, holographic displays, silicon photonics, and NVME SSDs. Innovations include a hybrid cloud storage platform that provides software-defined solutions, a silicon photonics-based random number generator device, a high voltage switch that deploys 3D-GaN technology to enable high-speed devices, NVMe SSD with high read-write speeds enabling stabilized performance, and holographic displays that create interactive user experience. The Microelectronics TechVision Opportunity Engine (TOE) captures global electronics-related innovations and developments on a weekly basis.
