International Donor Funding for the Healthcare Industry in Key Sub-Saharan African Countries: Historical Data and Identified Ongoing Funding Sources

Research was carried out on donor funding for healthcare in the following 10 countries; Angola, Botswana, Ethiopia, Kenya, Namibia, Nigeria, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia. The major donor bodies were identified and data collected on country specific historical, current and committed funding for the health sector. Key recipients of donor funds were identified for each country and contact details supplied for bodies handling procurement of donor supported healthcare supplies.
