Cyber security, big data and analytics, and data centers are found to be most impactful technologies for revenues and cost reduction efforts. The top benefits seen from IoT by those organizations that have deployed it include the ability to boost customer service/marketing and automate manual processes. The optimism around being an early adopter and a growth rate of 19% in IT investments bodes well for IT solutions providers. Companies that are able to effectively help end user industries to implement a digital transformation strategy will be the winners.
