- The nominee should be an inspirational industry leader ensuring company’s growth year-on-year.
- As a Unit/Operations/Business Excellence Head, the nominee should have led the company/site team to receive back-to-back Gold/Platinum recognition via the IMEA platform for the last two years.
- The nominee should have led his unit to significant revenue growth for the last two financial years.
- The nominee should be an inspirational industry leader and a thought champion with an impressive career background.
- The recipients of this recognition will not be eligible for repeat nomination in subsequent editions of IMEA.
- As a Unit/Operations/ Business Excellence Head, the nominee should have led the company/site team to Future Ready Factory – Platinum recognition on the IMEA platform at its very first year of participation.
- The nominee should have led his unit to significant revenue growth for the last 2 financial years.
- The nominee should be an inspirational industry leader and a thought champion with an impressive career background.
- In our continuing effort to promote excellence in manufacturing operations through innovation, we are introducing a new award category aimed at recognizing companies that demonstrate unique, cross-industry replicable practices that significantly impact and delight customers, investors, suppliers, and employees. This recognition will be independent
of the score or recognition band achieved by the company during the onsite assessment.
The qualifying bands for awards and recognition are based on pre-set threshold scores. The sites qualifying in these bands will be awarded with a corresponding certificate of manufacturing excellence.
