Our recent Global CEO Survey revealed that 93% of CEO’s consider growth their number-one priority for the next five years – and yet 80% have no confidence in their direct reports' abilities to support their growth objectives.  Put another way, 80 percent of CEO’s believe that their executive teams are the biggest barrier to growth.  In spite of this CEO-stated dissatisfaction, Frost & Sullivan believes that with the right tools, approaches, and network, the Growth Team can be the conduit, rather than the barrier, to growth.
