Amway establishes leadership in the region through its flagship brand, eSpring®
SINGAPORE, Nov. 22, 2011 - Efforts by Amway to promote high water quality standards in the Asia Pacific region earned recognition with the 2011 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Best Practices Water Filtration Company of the Year Award.
This is the second consecutive year Amway earned the award, which also spotlights investment in research and development by Amway for its eSpring water filtering system.
"Amway is an industry leader in the region, making significant investments to increase awareness among consumers of water-borne diseases and of the importance of water quality standards," said Vidhi Yaduvanshi, a consultant for Frost & Sullivan's Asia Pacific Environment & Building Technologies team. "Amway continuously looks for ways to better serve its customers, whether it is through education or constant innovation through research and development."
Roy Kuennen, director of Durables Research and Development at Amway, said the company is honoured to receive the award for the second consecutive year.

The awards are based on extensive market engineering tools evolved by Frost & Sullivan. Industry analysts compare market participants and measure performance through in-depth interviews, analysis, and extensive secondary research to identify best practices in the industry.
