EVENT EXPERIENCE & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
While we are removing negative COVID test/vaccination requirements from the upcoming event, we are still requesting – but not requiring – that everyone in attendance is vaccinated and that you please be mindful of any symptoms or illness you may have before joining us. In addition, Frost & Sullivan will be implementing the below measures on site.
Please note that any event hotel COVID specific guidelines will be honored by Frost & Sullivan and we ask our participants to do so as well.
Use of outdoor space for breakout sessions when available
Color coded wrist band system to express your desired comfort level with interaction of others
Disposable masks available
Contactless/Mobile Arrival & Departure and/or Mobile Key Offerings from Hotel
Hand sanitizer stations are placed in prominent areas throughout the facility
Frequent sanitation of high touch items including tables, chairs, door knobs, and handles

You are free to cancel your Customer Contact MindXChange participation at any time, up to the day of the event. All participant cancelations will receive a full credit to be used at a future Frost & Sullivan event thru December 31, 2022. If for reasons of Force Majeure the Event cannot take place as scheduled the Organizer reserves the right to reschedule the Event to a date and place of its choosing and your registration fees will applied to the new date(s) or you can choose to receive a full credit to be used at any future Frost & Sullivan event thru December 31, 2022. If you do not attend the event and fail to notify Frost & Sullivan PRIOR to the event, no credit will be issued.
