This professional development community is the world’s foremost member-driven, global business leadership network for senior-level executives in the customer experience, customer care and contact center industry.

The Council helps business leaders leverage the current intersection of business, talent and technology opportunities to deliver a state-of-the-art customer experience, create value, benchmark against peers, and drive results for their organizations.

The launch of this unique Council emerged organically from the Frost & Sullivan International Customer Contact Executive MindXchange series, a highly interactive event eighteen years strong. It was the desire of participants to keep that collaboration – and professional development – going strong 365 days of the year, culminating in the establishment of this rapidly growing Council.

The Growth Innovation Leadership Council’s mission is to enable executives to achieve transformational growth for themselves, their companies and for industry and society at large, through enlightened leadership. The Council delivers thought leadership and year-round networking around a member-defined set of Critical Issues likely to shape the future.

Every year, Council Members collaborate to set the Critical Issues Agenda for the year ahead. These issues then guide the development of live events, virtual events and curated content on the portal. Setting the Critical Issues Agenda is a key role in ensuring the content for the Council is driven by its members. The Growth Innovation Leadership Council allows senior executives across industries to share valuable perspectives and learn from a wide array of events and programs, all dedicated to driving growth and securing a competitive advantage in an era of unprecedented disruption.
